Refund & Cancellation
Policy.

Your seat is a real commitment. Because we cap the cohort at 20 and prep for a small container, cancellations affect the whole group. That said, we understand life happens.

Jail Break — December 12–13, 2026

Cancellation windows

• More than 30 days before the event (on or before Nov 11, 2026): Full refund of your ticket price, minus a $25 administrative fee.
• 15–30 days before the event (Nov 12 – Nov 26, 2026): 50% refund of your ticket price.
• Fewer than 15 days before the event (on or after Nov 27, 2026): No refund. You may transfer your seat to another eligible person up to 7 days before the event if you arrange it yourself and let us know at shadowplay.life@gmail.com.

Extenuating circumstances

If a genuine emergency (medical, family, etc.) prevents you from attending, please reach out. We will do our best to work with you, though we cannot guarantee a refund outside the windows above.

If we cancel or reschedule

In the unlikely event that we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price, or the option to transfer to a future event of equal value. If we reschedule, you may keep your seat at the new date or request a refund per the windows above.

Missed portions

No partial refunds are given for arriving late, leaving early, or missing sessions.

Processing details

• Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• Card processing fees (approximately 3% + $0.30 per transaction) are non-refundable in all cases, as we do not receive them back from our payment processor.
• Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Waitlist

If you are on the waitlist and receive an invitation to register, standard cancellation windows apply from the moment of your registration, not from your original waitlist signup.
