Waiver.

By registering for and participating in any event organized by Let's See Labs LLC — including The Judgement Game and its variants — you acknowledge and agree to the following.

Voluntary participation

Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may decline to participate in any exercise, round, or activity at any time. You may leave the event at any time, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.

Nature of the experience

Our events involve honest interpersonal exchange, including giving and receiving direct judgements, feedback, and observations from other participants. These exchanges can surface strong emotions, including discomfort, activation, and other intense states. By participating, you acknowledge you are voluntarily entering an environment where this is the intended experience.

Our events are not therapy, medical treatment, psychological services, or substitutes for professional mental-health care.

Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that participation carries risks, which may include but are not limited to:

• Emotional discomfort, activation, or intense feelings arising during or after the event
• Interpersonal conflict with other participants
• Physical risks associated with in-person gatherings (illness exposure, travel, etc.)

You voluntarily assume these risks as a condition of participation.

Personal responsibility

You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being before, during, and after the event. This includes:

• Determining whether the event is appropriate for you based on your current state
• Consulting your care providers if you have relevant health considerations
• Providing accurate emergency contact information at registration
• Seeking appropriate support if difficult material surfaces

Release of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Let's See Labs LLC, its owners, facilitators, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Nothing in this waiver limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Media and recording

You will not record — audio, video, or written transcription — any portion of the event without the prior written consent of all participants and facilitators present. Any marketing photos or video taken by us will be captured only with explicit consent.

Medical emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, you consent to us calling emergency services and/or your listed emergency contact.

Governing law

This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Acknowledgment

By checking the agreement box during registration, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this waiver, and agree to be bound by its terms.
