These terms govern your use of The Judgement Game website and participation in events organized by Let's See Labs LLC. By registering for an event or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Registration and payment

When you register for a paid event, you enter into an agreement with Let's See Labs LLC. Payment is processed by Stripe. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and delivery of a confirmation email.

Cancellation and refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read that policy before registering.

Nature of the event

Events organized by us — including The Judgement Game and its variants — involve honest interpersonal exchange, including giving and receiving direct feedback. Participation is voluntary at all times. You may step out of any exercise, round, or session.

These events are not therapy, medical treatment, or mental-health services. If you have active mental-health concerns, please consult your care provider before registering.

Waiver

By participating, you also agree to our Waiver, which covers assumption of risk and release of liability.

Conduct

Participants are expected to engage with respect and integrity. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct materially disrupts the container, endangers others, or violates these terms. No refund will be issued for removals due to conduct.

Content and intellectual property

All materials, methods, exercises, and content associated with our events and this website are the property of Let's See Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or facilitate our events for others without written permission.

Recording and confidentiality

Recording of events is prohibited without prior written consent from all participants and facilitators. What happens in the room stays in the room; participants agree to hold others' shares in confidence.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let's See Labs LLC and its facilitators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the event.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants by email.
